Every successful website project starts with a solid plan.  During the discovery phase, we work with you to find exactly what you need on your website and how we can efficiently deliver it.  The graphic below illustrates our website development process from Discovery to Launch.

Your project is overseen by our Project Manager who is your single point of contact during the lifetime of the project.

 

Our process starts with a Kickoff Meeting where you meet with your project manager and set milestones, goals, review special features, and clarify responsible parties.

The next step is for everyone to dig in to the Discovery phase and pull together your design, your content map, your site map, and discuss strategies for any special features you might need.

Creating the wire frames with your project manager will set up the structure of your site, how your visitors with navigate to your content and what they can expect on each page.  With that phase complete, the designer can take on the next step.

The next step is everyone’s favorite, the website design.  The designer will offer several concepts based on the wire frames and color and style choices from the earlier meetings.  After you make your choice and approve your designs, the developers will translate the designs to live web pages.

Every custom website needs some QA and some copy editing.  Once that is complete and your team is trained on how to add content to the site, the HyperArts team will help you to deploy the site on the hosting service you have chosen.  We are happy to recommend services to you.
